hi guys
i got degree from one collage in london the degree name is EMBA and collage name is London guradute school of management and i studed there for 2 years i am trying to find can i apply for poststudy work visa on bases of that degree or not plz be specific and tell me about that collage name or visit www.lgsm.org.uk. please dont refer me to any websit i be thnakful to you

Your degree is not awarded by a UK body so you do not qualify for PSW.

ok if you says it might be correct but problem is that how should i know that my degree is recongize by uk r not?? and is it not equal to uk degree??

I do not know if the degree is recognised in the UK or not. I am assuming it is. It is the fact that it was awarded by a non UK body that prevents you using PSW, nothing else.

ok thanks for your answer but just for my help i cant apply for psw on basises that my degree is reconginize by UK because my collage is apporived by BAC and higher education so i can use or not? i be thankful to you

Your UK college is a recognised college on several levels, that is part of the requirement in any event. The second requirement is the UK awarding body. You must meet both requirements to access PSW. You can not meet the second requirement so you can not get PSW. Sorry.

i still would like to confirm if i understood it correctly.
does the transitional period in place is applicable to me considering that iam in Pakistan and that i will submit my application from within pakistan.
