can psw holder sponsor someone in visit visa from abroad? How much is the chnace to get visit visa nowdays? thanks

Its based on who you going to sponsor, and your financial circumstances, and the person's ties with his country (who you sponsor).

You can certainly sponsor from abroad as long as all required documents are prepared and attached.
