switching from tier 1 PSW to Tier 2 General

I am on Tier 1 PSW Visa, which is going to expire in March.

I would like to switch into Tier 2 General. Could you please guide me on how many weekly working hours UKBA give you 20 points on appropriate salary according to NQF6 . (code:3538 Accounts manager)

I'm on 39 hours pw. I was on same category and switched in to t2 gen recently
