Hello Folks,
I need urgent advice. In 2005 After completing my HND I got FT visa. After using one year of it I switched back into student visa so that I can finish my bachelor. When I was switching, I was told by Homeoffice and Scottish Relocation advisory service that I could claim remaining term of FT once my student visa expires. Now I have finished my degree and have been told that I can apply for PSW under transitional arrangements.
However when I spoke to Homeoffice representative, she told me that I cant claim remaining term of FT.
I am quite confused here and feeling betrayed.
If you have been through the same situation or have some suggestions for me then plz do let me know.
