withdrawing money from bank account used for visa app

Hi,

A visa PSW visa application has been made (transitional arrangement).

1. 4 months bank statement instead of 3 has been submitted - does this matter?

2. Although the money in d account meets BIA requirements, I am thinking of withdrawing at least half for another purpose; will this affect the application?
