I haven't heard back from UKVI after submitting the requested documents on the 14th. I have 38 points, anybody else in the same situation? My employer and my company's lawyer are both optimistic as there is no refusal yet. But I don't know.

Just woke up to some great news!! My RCoS granted 30 points non-everything! So happy and grateful for this board it definitely gave me perspective. I’m really hoping it goes down even lower and ideally I would love to see everyone go through

Hi guys ...

I'm still waiting with 50 point, non everything.
Home office has come back to request more docs on 9th Augst and the docs were sent by 5pm 10th August.
My employer checked with our lawyer yesterday... still no news on their side.

Obviously hoping it will get through by end of this week... but is it possible that I won't hear anything until next month's allocation? Saw one of the members posted on this thread earlier that he/she didn't have any updates at all for July allocation... anyone has experienced this before?

I am in the same position I have 38 points, non everything. My employer sent the required documents on the 14th of August before 5 PM. Time goes by so slow waiting for an email.

If I have only salary offer of £22K to £23K , points would be 22 or 23 points.

I can see RCOS approval for 30 points, what do guys think for next months allocation would it go down to 23?

Please advise how this works for new entrants.(Im on a tier 4 visa currently but cannot switch inside the UK as mine is a professional qualification with the home office do not recognise)

As I am aware RCOS has been granted at 30 points in Aug 18 but this is for experienced workers and no details on the forum for new entrants ie under age 25

There is no prvilllege given to under 25 apart from the minimum salary qualification which is set at 21k for people below 26 years age whereas for others it's 30k.

30 below should gi through next month and we still don't have the cut off for this month the last reported approval was at 30k.
