BRP No

Post by uk2019 » Thu Nov 15, 2018 10:17 am

Hello,

I will be eligible for ILR in 2019 on Tier 2 - 5 years route however, I do not have a copy of my initial BRP card (2014-2017) , I've checked with my office HR team and they dont have the copy either. Is there any other way I can find out the starting date on the initial BRP that was valid from 2014-2017?

Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks

to calculate when exactly I would be eligible for ILR so I can apply 28 days before that date?

Surely you remember when you got your first visa?

Don't you have the letter you got?

If your employer has no idea, which they should as they are required to keep copies of your visa on your personnel file for a number of years, then apply for a subject Access Request to HO.

Do you have a copy of your last tier 2 extension application? You would have given those details under "Current status" section.
My advice is based on personal research/experience, so pls check relevant UKVI sources.
