Hello all,

I received a decision on the 12th of October and reported twice on the "BRP not arrived" link. I also emailed complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk

It is so frustrating no acknowledgement of any action taken. It feels like if we don't chase, they don't have responsibility to deliver a BRP. This is ridicilous.

Good luck everyone and hope this will be over soon.

7. 26.10.2020 – Emailed sent to the caseworker at UKVISETM@homeoffice.gov.uk FAO to the caseworker who sent me the approval letter and BRP delivery instructions letter.

Hi, Same is my situation exactly.

I did biometric on 28 July 2020.
Then my company reported BRP non-arrived on 10 Sep 2020.
Then on 1st Oct, Home Office replied to my company about some technical issue, but no detail.

Can you please share any email where to send my enquiry. I tried the phone, but they asked me to contact my employer as they filed my VISA.

Thanks!
Hi SunLeo,

So after 1st Oct in how many days you received the BRP?

My solicitor today received an email from Home Office as they had technical problems with issuing of my BRP.

Hopefully they should rectify this soon.(Fingers crossed)

Hi everyone,

I also haven’t received my BRP card yet.

Can I know how did you receive your consignment number? Would you have received an email from the home office for that?

If I didn’t receive any email from home office regarding my consignment number or from TNT stating my BRP is out for delivery, does it mean the delivery will not be soon and will be delayed too?

Thanks,

Yaya

Hi there,
Just to share with you my experience. I received the decision email from HO on 10 Nov. Then 11 Nov, I received an email from HO with the tracking details for Fedex/TNT.
As per the delivery date on that tracking, I received my BRP this morning (13 Nov).
Maybe you will need to wait for the email with the tracking details but I have read in the forum that many people did not receive that email but received their BRP a few days later.

Just received this email after sending multiple not arrived forms,

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the delivery of this Biometric Residence Permit (BRP).

This has been passed to the caseworker who should contact you directly.

We advise travel arrangements should not be made until after the BRP has been received.

For further information regarding this query you should contact the caseworker directly, caseworker’s details can be found on the decision letter. If a Premium Service Centre (PSC) was attended to receive the outcome of this application, you should contact the PSC attended.

Please note we are unable to provide you with any further details of the caseworker.

I don't think the case worker detail was on the decision email I got before. Anyone know more about this? How do I find out who he/she is?
Hi Ankooo, Hope you are doing well,

I do received above email today and I would like to check with you that have you got any further updates yet?

any idea how long it will take to case worker respond back? or receive BRP?
Regards,
Mana

Hi mana, I haven’t got anything yet. The thing is, I can’t find the contact info for my caseworker. Where did you find it? The decision letter on email doesn’t say anything by about it.

I already had my ILR before applying so didn’t exchange test result etc beforehand... my decision email was also from noreply address. I wonder if it’s just me or not. Really want someone’s name.

Hi all,

Congrats on those getting your BRP card, it must be such a relief.

Could I please know if you were required to show an ID to collect the BRP card from the courier? Or did they just leave it in the letter box?

Thanks,

Yaya

I dont have the caseworker email to directly contact them. Do you think that sending a letter to BRP Deliveries & Collections will help?? I dont understand what more to do!! Please help

Hi everyone,

I just received a response from the BRP Team that my query has been passed to the caseworker now.
I also noticed they responded to my first enquiry.

My decision letter = 10.10.2020
First enquiry = 24.10.2020

If anyone else is in a similar situation, how long did it take to receive your BRP after escalation to the caseworker?
I saw someone in the forum waited for at least 10 days to even get a response from the caseworker.

Thanks!

Sorry to hear that you are in the same situation. It is really stressful. Thankfully, I finally recieved my BRP on the 13th November after an apology email from the case worker.
I would suggest to write a letter to the BRP team (itemising the attempts made to get an update on it as above ) and systematically report it not delivered on the www.gov.uk/brp, I would suggest after every 5 working days. Also, do write to your MP to raise this matter with UKVI.
Hope this helps.

Congratulations MKT.
I am in the same situation, I received an email saying that my BRP has produced yesterday.
How long it took for you to receive your BRP after the email ?

Did you receive any despatch email before the delivery?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Krreddy,

Have you received any response from the BRP team? My timeline is similar to yours. I received decision on the 10th of October on SET-M route.

Hi guys,

Did anyone receive a notification from UKVI with BRP delivery tracking details? How is it sent? Is it via Royal Mail?

Thanks

I have received mail from home office on 11th Nov mentioning that your visa application has been successful and you will receive BRP within 7 working days. It's been 17 days and the BRP card is not received yet. Even no response to my query on https://www.biometric-residence-permit. ... r-received
