Can i do locum work?

Post by Pepe07 » Fri Jan 22, 2021 1:59 pm

Hi. I left my job last December. In the right-to-work webpage, I still seem to have a valid visa. I have changed myaddress on home page website. I have not received any curtailment letters yet. No news of curtailment letters , neither from my past address nor at the new one. I have applied for other jobs but the shortlisting processes and interviews will take long. In the mean time I have to pay rent, council tax, bills. Is there any chance for me to take up locum posts as a doctor?
Thank you for support.

Until your visa is curtailed you can undertake a limited amount of work - 20 hours per week. It must meet the same role as you were originally sponsored for.
