Can I still apply for ILR if company loses the sponsorship licence

Post by vtox_g » Thu Nov 18, 2021 2:15 pm

I work in a small startup that has sponsored me the skilled working visa and approaching my ILR soon and an Audit from the home office is scheduled in my office and I guess they will be interviewing some employees who are on the skilled visa. within a month or so I'll be eligible to apply for ILR and I am simply worried in case what if the company losses their sponsorship licence as I am still working in the company will I still be able to apply for the ILR or do I have to find another job?

I don't think so there should be an issue but I am thinking about the worst-case scenario.

Thank you and please help me release some stress.
