Can Student Nurse apply for Health and Care Visa?

Hi,

I am a final year student nurse at England on student visa and have been offered a job with NHS as a nurse but my NMC registration would be out after I have applied for my visa, meanning I am not a qualified nurse yet. I have 3 - 4 months before I qualify.

I have a COS and it states the position of a nurse band 5 and NMC pin not required for the post.

Do I apply for health and care visa or the regular skilled worker visa?

If YES to health and care visa, why? and if NO, why not?
