Change Job

Hi All,

I am currently under a Tier 2 Visa and I have 3 PBS Dependents. Our visa is valid until 31/01/2022. After this I can apply for the ILR. (will have 5 years under Tier 2 visa)

If I accept a job offer from another company, I know I do need to make another visa application but have a few questions.

1. Do I need to pay again the IHS for myself?
2. Do I need to apply again for my dependents or will their visa remain valid until 01/31/2022?
3. When is the best time to resign from the current company?( I am thinking of doing that only after the new visa is approved)
