convert from dependent to tier 2

Hi,
i am currently on a dependent Tier 2 visa. i have been working for 3 months now. My husband's company has decided to call him back to India. Can i apply to convert from dependent visa to tier 2 visa if i get a sponsorship letter from my present company? Also, can my husband change his visa to dependent visa if and when i get the tier 2 visa? Please help.

How very odd, I was about to post a very similar question.

Does anyone please know if an individual on a Tier 1 Dependant Visa switch to their own Tier 2 sponsorship in country?
