correct sub type for my VISA

Post by Amit72 » Sun May 16, 2021 4:13 pm

I got my current visa (SOC: 2134) until Aug 2022. Now I got a new offer with SOC code 2135 from another company. I’m confused with this point Select the visa sub-type you would like to see fees for (point 4 in the following link).

REF: https://visa-fees.homeoffice.gov.uk/y/i ... sle-of-man

Could you please let me know the correct subtype for my VISA?

see the section: Work, applications made in the UK. The fee is listed for 8 categories of skilled worker visa, only you can tell which is the correct category in your case

Thanks @manci for reply

Quick question please. I applying from outside UK. Sounds like this is the route "Work - applications made outside the UK" - but confused with these two option please let me know the correct option in my case ( I got COS from licenced company - A rated )

Skilled worker, where a certificate of sponsorship has been issued for three years or less - main applicant and dependants £610

OR

Skilled Worker, shortage occupation where a certificate of sponsorship has been issued for three years or less - main applicant and dependant £464

Check if the company that offered you the job has a sponsor licence:
