Wrong information on CoS

Post by alexmagno » Thu Sep 23, 2021 10:34 pm

I've got an error on my CoS. The job type is in the shortage list, but in my CoS It says It's not. Is It an error that requires a New CoS or my employer can add an sponsor note? If they have to issue another CoS, Will they need to pay again?

Thanks

CoS cost for employer

Hello

If an employer issue a CoS, that eventually needs to be cancelled and issued again, do they need to pay for the CoS again?

Yes, there is a cost for each CoS assigned. Every time I assign a new CoS for Tier 5 GAE, my company has to pay £21 before the CoS number is generated.

Hi

Thank you for your answer.

Do you think an error on the shortage list (my job type is on the list, but my sponsor filled the CoS form with "N") can be solved with a sponsor note? Or it is something that can only be solved by issuing a new CoS?

Adding a sponsor note will fix this. No need for new cos
