CoS family name and given names swapped

Hi,

On CoS, part of my family name has been added in given names. I have two family names but only one is in family name and the other has been added as a given name. However, all names are correct. Will this be a rejection?

Even my COS got the same issue ,they added Sposor note with correct details ,I need to apply for VISA processing now.Can you let me know on VISA status pls?
