CoS shortage Occupation

Hello!
I have a quick question about the Tier 2 CoS. Where abouts on the certificate does it say that it for a Tier 2 shortage visa or is it the job code?
I have received my certificate already and my job, Nurse, is on the short job list so that is the one I’m going to apply for but it doesn’t mention it anywhere on the certificate.
Can I still apply for the Shortage or do I have to apply for the General one?

what is the CoS job code on your cert?
