Currently In LongTerm (5 Years Max ICT Visa) to Tier 2 General

Hi All,

Could you please help with below.

I'm currently working UK through ICT Long Term (5 Years Max) Visa. I'm going to complete 4 years in few months. I would like to know the Possibilities to switch Tier 2 General.

Could you please help with below points.

1. Can my current employer switch me to Tier 2 General Visa ?
if so When earlier i can switch to Tier 2 General.
2. Do I have any Cooling off Period.
3. Do i need to wait to complete 5 years in ICT then apply the Tier2 General?
4. Is it possible for my Employer switch me from ICT Long Term to Tier 2 General Now for this Can i do In country application or do i need to travel back to India to apply fresh Tier 2 General one.
