I had applied for extension of General tier 2 visa in August , although there was a bit of delay , it was successful & I have recieved my BRP. However I have not recieved my original documents back. It is already over 3 months now. I have sent several emails & letters by post but with no response. I have tried to call the customer service , but they are of no help.
I don’t know what to do now . Is it possible to go to Sheffield in person , will they allow us in ?
What else can I do to trace my documents?
