Dependent Visa extension after ILR

Post by nacksnow » Fri Sep 24, 2021 8:54 pm

Hi there,

I recently applied for my ILR after 5 years working in the UK and has succeeded. Still waiting for my BRP.
In the mean time, I'm extending my visa for my wife. She currently holds a dependant visa attached to my previous tier 2 expiring at 12/10.

1. On the main application, when the form ask for my BRP, should I use my tier 2 BRP which will expire on 12/10/2021 or the ILR BRP?

2. My wife also gave birth to our baby in August. Do I need to include that in the medical treatment section?

3. The IHS form requires my Work start and end date. What date should I put in as Work end? I started working on 02/09/2016 so will put that as Work start.

4. Still on IHS page, am I correct to put my visa route as 'Skilled Worker 3 year'?

5. IHS also asks my visa end date, should I put the expiry on my ILR card in instead?

Really appreciate your help!

Hi Nacksnow,

Have you listed all the free NHS Medical Treatment on the application form, from GP and Hospital or its okay to list only couple of last visit to GP and Hospital which I remember.

Please let me know on this.

Thanks
