Dependent visa

Hello,

I want to ask regarding my wife Tier 2 dependent extension visa.

She applied the extension in last August 2020, and until now (after 6 months) she still does not have a decision from home office. she has given the biometric data via the home office app in the end of September 2020.

she applied the extension alone since I applied for PR at that time.

any suggestion what to do? or just wait?
