Ecctis in Documents checklist Skilled Worker

Hi,

1. Academic Qualification Level Statement
2. English Language Proficiency Statement

Currently Ecctis (UK NARIC before) includes the above two statements as part of visas and nationality service.

Diverging from the above, as a final step in the visa application we get the documents checklist that shows the list of documents to be submitted to VACs. Out of all two of them are mentioned below, Does both the checklist documents below mean one and the same two page document from Ecctis? Or do we have some different which serves the purpose. Please clarify.

Document Checklist

1. NARIC letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised
standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK

2. Confirmation from UK NARIC that your degree was taught in English
