FEES for PBS Dependant

Hello,
I hold a Tier 2 (shortage occupation) visa and I am now eligable to ILR however my wife, arrived in the UK last year on a Tier 2 PBS dependant visa so not yet eligible to apply for ILR so she can follow the PBS dependant route. My question is:

What are the fees for her extension visa? It is not clear.

When I apply independently they ask about COS number which she obviously doesn't have as she is dependant so I cannot proceed with the application, any help with how I can apply online for her, or I have to fill the application by hand?.

Tier 2 dependent is the same fee as the Tier 2 general.

I always used postal application. don't know the online one.

Postal or online is the same fee. It is only premium service that is an extra £610
