Health and Care Visa Dependent - Doctor/Dentist in training

Does anyone know if they have changed the rules on doctor/dentist in training for the new health and care visa?
Under the previous tier 2 visa dependents were not allowed to enter into training, however since the new skilled visa route has opened, Dependents under the Health and Care visa only have the following words as their restriction on their BRP and even on the right to work UKVI website -

On your current visa, you can:
do any job except those listed in the conditions below
Conditions
You cannot:
play or coach professional sports

This previously mentioned dentist/doctor in training, however it seems to have silently disappeared!
If this is true, its a game changer for me as it would mean I could take up a training post without having to reset my ILR clock.
