It was your 2nd application that was granted. It varied / replaced the first application and you cannot cancel or withdraw it.

Refunds should be automatic.
Hi Manci,

I spoke with the contact centre and was advised to either email complaints or use the withdraw application link. I feel doubtful for both.

Am I right to understand that it is the first application that should be refunded? It makes sense as the information stated in the approval email is linked with the 2nd CoS. What confuses me is the reference stated in the email is still that of the 1st application.

Hi Mabincredible,

How did you raise the 2nd COS? Did your company withdraw the old COS or did it automatically move to "Used" which allowed your company to raise the 2nd COS? Can you please shed some light on this?

Hello again.

Just a small update on my current situation. I have received a new CoS from the HR. Everything appears to be in place. I am filling out a new application and am faced with a new problem. I lost my current BRP card!
