ICT Dependant -> Skilled Worker

Hi,
I have been in the UK since Nov 2019 on a ICT dependant visa and i have been working as well. My employer is now sponsoring a Skilled worker Visa for me and has issued the CoS. Previously i was told that I had to apply from my home country so I have come to India to apply. I have few questions

1. I have started the application as a new application for a Skilled worker visa from outside UK. is this the right option to choose?
2. The Country of Residence in the cos is mentioned as UK and has my UK address. However on the application form, i have to provide my Indian address - Is this correct?
3. Travel history to UK -> I have mentioned this that I have been to UK for Work. Is that the right option to choose?

Would be great if somebody can help me out here. i am flipping out !

You can switch within the UK.
This was not possible with Tier 2 General visa earlier.

Sorry. I overlooked the fact that you have already travelled to India.

1. Yes, as you are in India
2. I am unsure. If this address be used for delivering passports, then pick 'Yes'
3. No. I think you need to say you were in the UK as a dependent of a Tier 2 ICT applicant. You were not on a work visa

Thank you! One last question would be can I travel back to the UK on my current visa and then do a switch to skilled worker? I am asking if I will be denied entry because I have a cos assigned to me.

You should be able to travel back to the UK without issues.
However, you need to check with your HR as they would've raised a Defined COS. You will need an 'undefined COS' if applying within the UK

Thank you! Just realised it's a defined cos. Which means I definitely need to apply from outside UK.
