IHS issue(urgent help)

Hi
I have applied for Tier 2 Visa UKVI on April 18th 2019.But due to other category of IELTS Score card entry visa refused by by Visa entry officer. At that time of application itself I have got IHS number by paying premium amount. Now I got new COS and I have to reapply for VISA for entry. I requested that kindly clarify me whether I have to repay for IHS fees for my second application or not. And may use older IHS number for my reapplication. With your kind regards.

I believe u will get a ihs refund for the unsuccessful application and hence u need to pay new.
