IHS Payment for PBS (Tier 2) dependents while main application ILR pending

Hello ,

I have my second Tier 2 general visa expiring on 7-June-2021
My first date of entry was 14-June-2016 on Tier 2 General.
I have submitted ILR application on 17th May and and booked biometircs (could only get 14th June).
I am applying for the dependnt visa for my husband and daughter.
I have given my ILR application UAN and my current BRP as reference in their applications.

I am at the stage of paying the IHS for the dependents.
I am confused at following 2 questions.
  • Work dates
    Valid work start date & Valid work end date
    These 2 dates need to be given as of applicant.
    Should i be putting dates as
    a. 7-June-2021 till 6-June-2024 (three years from current visa end date)
    OR
    b. current visa dates of May-2019 to 07-June-2021
  • Main applicant visa expiry date.
    Should i be putting the current expiry dates as
    a) current expiry date - 07-June-2021
    OR
    b) next 3 year dates assuming ILR for myself goes through -6-June-2024


Appreciate if anyone has gone through similar situation or has some reference around such situations,

A date 3 years from now. If your ilr fails, their application will fail.

For the first question around the valid work from and to date, should it be my current visa end date and + years?
