IHS Payment (PBS Dependent)

I am applying to switch to PBS Dependent (within country). On the Immigration Health Surcharge website, it is asking to enter the work start and work end date for the main applicant. I am confused on whether this should be the CoS start and end date or BRP issue and expiry date for my partner (BRP issue date is different from the CoS start date)

CoS start date: 14 Sep 2020
CoS end date: 13 Sep 2023

BRP Issue date: 04 Nov 202
BRP valid until: 27 Sep 2023

Can you please advise.

It's definitely the dates stated on your CoS.
