IHS Payment Work start and end dates PBS Tier 2 Dependent

Hello ,
I have just submitted my ILR application and I need to apply for extension of the PBS skilled worker dependent visa for my family. I am at the stage of paying the IHS for the dependents, but I was unclear about the following 2 questions:

1. Work start date & Work end date.
What dates should I put in here? Should I put in dates that were given in my last CoS (i.e. 15/09/2018 to 14/09/2021)? Or dates starting from the current application submission date + years?

2. Visa expiry date.
Should I enter my current Tier 2 visa expiry date?

You should put in current CoS start and end dates, meaning the dates for which you are actually applying for now. The IHS payment amount is calculated using these dates and hence if you use older dates, then it is invalid.

How did you manage this issue? I filled with date in CoS ,but IHS fee seems 3,5 years, instead of 3 years?

Hi,

I had ILR back in 2018 and my dependent needs an extension now.
So if I put in the last Cos dates, then it will be from 2015 to 2018, which is the past?
BTW, I tried July 2013 to Dec 2022 and the IHS website asked me to pay £2184, which is 3.5 years instead of 3 years.

Hi Did you get an answer for it? I'm trying to create an application and I'm getting the same issue where the IHS payment is calculated for 3.5 years rather than 3 years. Can anyone answer this?

Hi Did you manage to resolve the issue? I'm getting the same issue where IHS is calulated with 3.5 years instead of 3 years. I'm making the application 3 months prior to visa expiry date
