My application has been over 8 weeks now. 9th Week running. Finally received the BRP but strangely the approval letter hasn't come.

We are unable to advise when a decision will be made but you will be notified in writing once made. Until such time, we are unable to assist further.

I had two previous visa refusals (Canada and the US - got the US visa later), which I disclosed in my application. Didn't seem to matter. Also, my employer made multiple mistakes in COS but corrected them in the sponsor notes. Didn't seem to matter either.

Received an email after 5 days that they hadn't received my documents, even though they were delivered a couple of days earlier. Replied to the case worker with the tracking number and no response since then.
