9. Acknowledgement letter received: n/a
10. Biometric letter received: Not yet received
11. Date of biometrics enrolment: 27 Dec 2018 at Sopra Steria
12. Date of approval: Letter dated 08 Feb 2019, received 16 Feb 2019 by royal mail
13. Date of return of passport and other documents: Used Sopra Steria, so we retained documents
14. Date (new) leave to remain valid from: Unknown until BRP is received
15. Date BRP received: Not yet received

I will post in a separate thread my experience with contacting the UKVI Contact Centre after not receiving a decision for over 8 weeks.

They sent out a letter on the 16th which I only got from the Post Office today, and the BRP is here later in the day.
Basically the decision was made on the 11th working day, but it took 10 days to get my biometrics appointment.

We escalated to the UKVI centre with no response, and then after 10 weeks through out MP. 2 days after our MP contacted the Home Office the decision was made. No explanation given for delay.
