Contacted DX on Nov 6 asking about my and my spouses BRP as we had not received them or any letters/delivery attempts. They replied saying they would be delivered Nov 7th.
On Nov 7th two letters arrived from DX, dated Nov 4th, saying delivery was attempted (no date given or proof of attempt) and that I needed to reschedule. As they had just told me the previous day delivery was on the 7th I was a bit confused. Anyway, later that day my BRP did arrive, my spouses didn't. Delivery for hers rearranged for November 8th and received today.
