5. Date application received at UKBA: Posted supporting documents on 10 Dec 2013 by special delivery at 9am the next day (11 Dec 2013)
6. Date payment debited: 10 Dec 2013
7. Payment mode : Debit card online
8. Biometric letter received: 16 Dec 2013. Biometric enrolment invitation letter was dated 12 Dec 2013 (which suggested further that UKBA dealt with the application straight away once they got the supporting documents)
9. Date of biometrics enrolment: 17 Dec 2013
10. Date of approval: 20 Dec 2013
11. Date of return of passport and other documents: either 27 or 28 Dec 2013
12. Date BRP received: 31 Dec 2013 (but they tried to deliver on 24 Dec 2013)

Amazed at how quick the processing was -- decision was made in 9 days considering this was standard application. Well done UKBA!
