Indian National - ICT Irish Visa to UK Tier 2 Visa - Query

Hello Guys ,

I am Indian National currently working in Ireland on Intra company transfer work permit /visa. I have been in ireland since June 28, 2019 and have recently got a job offer from UK employer - The role in IT software company as business analyst and COS is currently approved.

I am looking to file a visa application in General Tier 2 as suggested by employer , however have few concerns which needs to be clarified before -

* Documents that would be required for Indian resident on work permit in Ireland for more than 6 months applying for UK tier 2 visa ?
* Do you foresee any complication applying for UK general tier 2 Visa in Ireland when on Irish work permit or do i need to go India as part of process ?
*If visa application is approved , Can i travel from any country either India/Ireland to UK ?
*Based on the policy , i think i can apply for visa earlier at 3 months of COS start date . As Notice period with my current employer is maximum 3 months , I would like to resign once visa is approved .
In worst , case if my current employer doesnt agree to minimise notice period . Can you please let me know if I can travel in UK after COS start date in UK and it has been agreed with employer later?

I am Indian Resident working in Ireland on Irish Workpemit (ICT) I have recently got a UK job offer and the COS from employer . I have a degree from rajiv gandhi proudyogiki vishwavidyalaya Bhopal .

Can you please let me know if there is any way to find if the university is approved by NARIC ? and if it is , do I still need ceritifcation from NARIC or just degree would do to qualify English skill criteria ?

I am Indian Resisdent working in Ireland on ICT workpermit/visa. I have recently got a Job offer from UK and they are providing COS. Can I apply UK tier 2 visa from Ireland or is there any cool off period for people who are on different visa's from other country ?

If so , Can I apply for visa from Ireland ?

Please do not keep starting new topics with each question you have on the same visa application.

You can apply for Tier 2 General from any country where you have legal residence and are not a visitor.

Can you please also advise on below -
- I am on ICT workpermit/visa in Republic of Ireland since 30 June , Considering same there woulnt be a cooloff period for my UK tier 2 general visa right ?
- Tb test is not required for me as I have already lived in ireland (which is not in tb test list ) for more than 6 months ?
- Visa application asks for 2 year address , do we need to anytime provide address proof while filing application ?
