UK NARIC Fee and MOI

Post by bajkapil » Mon Feb 03, 2020 11:19 am

Hi All,
I got the MOI from my college, is MOI is ok for submitting the UK Tier 2 application or do we have to first get some confirmation document with UKNARI?
If yes, does UKNARIC charge some fees for valuating the documents?

Yes, NARIC charges a fee.

To use a foreign degree to meet the English language requirement, you need to do UK NARIC assessment(s).

Knowledge of English

Post by bajkapil » Mon Feb 03, 2020 12:13 pm

Hi All,
My company is applying for UK Tier 2 General Visa and in the prerequisites, there is a point where I have to prove my knowledge of English.
I did my Computer engineering from India(Rajasthan) and I got the MOI as well which states my education was in English.
  • Is that document enough to justify knowledge of English?
  • Do I have to send Transcripts and MOI along with other documents to UK NARIC to get the approval letter from UK NARIC?

Thank you.
Moreover, along with MOI, I guess some other documents also have to submit. Will mark sheets received from the university will work or do I have to ask the college to provide transcripts for each semesters exam?

Mark sheets consolidated or semester wise
Final degree certificate
MOI letter

Please check naric website as they have detailed instructions along with videos. Pretty straight forward
Any suggestions I make in the forum are out my personal experience and should not be taken as a legal/professional advise.
