Haven't heard from my sponsor yet. How long does it usually take for the Home Office to release the RCoS?

It depends solely on the total points individual applications score. The higher the score usually heard first from HO.

Thanks! Really got me worried. Hopefully everything would go well. Hope they won't increase the minimum points required as they did last April 2018. Huhu

Hi all, I found out my application was granted today 32 points

We didn't receive an email from the Home Office but they don't always send one, make sure to ask your HR to look in the portal where the status should be updated even if there's been no communication from HO

Good luck everyone!!

Thanks for letting us know.

I contacted my company and they saw the portal. It still shows ‘UNDER REVIEW’.

Hi,

My application was submitted on 2nd March and Home office requested more documents on 5th & my employer has forward the documents same day which is 5th.

I contacted my employer and he said the status is "Under Review".

I am not sure what it means any chance of getting CoS this month?

Thanks

Hi,

That, I'm not sure. But as per their ruling (which I've read from their website), in case they need more time to review the RCoS, they will carry it over for next months allocation.

Haven't got mine too. So let's just hope for the best :) .

Under Review means they still have to confirm. As above mentioned 32 points got approved this month so hopefully they should approve for 40 points as long as all the documentation submitted by HR are fine.

Yeah that's the hard part. Hehe we have to be discreet on asking the HR. I wonder if there are other IT Auditors like me applying RCoS.

Hi there,

Did anyone receive a decision on Restricted CoS in March, 2019? My employer submitted R CoS on 5th March but still haven't heard anything yet. Furthermore, there is no information available either e.g Under Review, it's blank. Please can someone share insight?

Cheers
Hank

Hi,

So far only one who posted here got her/his RCoS released. Most of us are still waiting. Regarding the status being blank, that I'm not sure. May be you and your employer can directly ask the Home Office?

Hi,

Thanks for the info!

I have checked HO portal, around 20th or 21st of each month they publish the stats for RcoS. As of now, I can see February stats are published so we need to wait until 21st March.
