I think everyone needs to take a step back and relax . if you look at the December 2017 allocation in the excel worksheet on page 5 , some people were granted a RCOS even at 21 -22 points ,which was given out due to exceptional circumstances, but the cut off for this month was 56.
Secondly, this guy received his RCOS at around 7.30 - 8 am UK time, when the home office hours are 9 -9.30am onwards. lets just wait and see how the day goes ? it is only the 3rd day and I have never seen the home office be so efficient to assign all the RCOS in just 2 days, that would be a massive record for them.
As long as there hasn't been a massive nurse recruitment spree by the NHS in this month , everything should be fine, time will tell, But do keep posting if you hear any news
