My wife's spouse visa application

Thanks for your services.. I have a query about Tier 2 visa application for my wife`s spouse visa application .. we are living in Ireland for more than 2 years, but she visited Sudan last month and stayed there for less than 10 days ..is it required to do a TB test in that case.. please update me ASAP because our application is running these days. thank you
