Naric/MOI Certificate - Is it required for both UG and PG Degrees?

Hi Experts,
I need to have a Naric certificate(medium of instruction certificate) to prove my English skills while applying for the skilled worker visa. Do i need to get this certificate for both my UG(Under Graduate) and PG(Post Graduate) degrees or only PG degree is enough. Please advice.
