@mschase

No, RMLT wasn't mentioned at all. And no more queries or addionational info this time as far as I know. I should hope it will come soon as we've done everything they asked for.

Can you please let me know if you have heard anything from your sponsor?
Did you get yours yet?

I emailed the HR yesterday to inquire about my COS, and they replied saying that my certificate is due to be allocated and should be done next week hopefully. I think we all would probably get it next week, so all the best guys. Enjoy your weekend

My sponsor didnt mention anything about approval so I assume that it has not been approved as yet. I am not sure how it works as this is my first time. Hasn't the allocation date already passed? From what I read I thought after the allocation is done on the 11th (or the next working day) and then the sponsor gets notified if the application has been approved or not and thereafter the sponsor assigns it to the employee. But from what I see I think its a bit more complicated than that. It appears that this month things have been delayed from the HO so we just have to wait for now.

Looks like majority people on this thread are still waiting to hear
and only a couple of people received RCOS approval

wondering what's the HomeOffice strategy in RCOS approvals notififcation

Do they approve them over some days ??

Yeah, I am still waiting for mine as well. I have cleared all requirements and score also checks out yet I'm still awaiting the result.

Anyone else gotten their RCOS. Only 2 people in this thread have received it.

We just received the approval as well. I am currently relying on an email sent to the AO as the website seems to be down and I cannot log into the SMS to double check.
The RCOS application was submitted on 5 November and we got the response via email 6.37am today. The email says "Your application has been granted exceptionally outside of the monthly allocation process." HO didn't contact us in the meantime for any explanations or documents.
Just hoping SMS will be back up soon!
Hi aokamgba,

Have you managed to see the approval from SMS portal ??

Guys, who all have received their RCOS approval from this thread? Its 21 Nov and I still haven't gotten any updates despite following the procedures properly.

Anyone gotten their RCOS rejected? Seems like in a few days the allocation results will be published anyways.

Yes, I am not really sure why it didn't go through the normal allocation as this is what I expected to happen.

In terms of points I believe for completed RLMT and salary £36k the application scored 20 + 16 = 36 points. But in all previous months allocations the minimum for allocation was 21 points (basically just passing RLMT and being paid the minimum does the trick) so I wouldn't worry about the points as basis for rejection.
Hey @aokamgba, that is the case with me, I have the exact same points as you, 36 and the salary is also the same bracket. The RLMT was also conducted properly this time by my employer unlike last time, which as a result was rejected.

However I still haven't received my rCOS and starting to worry. Does this mean that its leaning towards a rejection?

Did you also apply for rCOS within UK or outside UK?
Sorry not sure what you mean by applying inside or outside of UK. The RCOS application is made by the employer who holds the sponsorship licence and by definition the employer will be UK based. We applied from the UK, and now that the RCOS has been assigned to the employee, she will apply for her visa from outside the UK.

The only thing I can think of that made our application considered differently / outside allocation / faster than others is that the client I am working with has literally just got their licence approved and the need for one RCOS was already indicated on the Licence application.

I request all the visitors please update the post saying RCOS received or not for November Quota, so we will get to know that we are not the only one and "maybe results are not out yet".

Guys please keep us posted if any one will receive the RCOS so that we can assume things are started moving. Thanks
