One and the Same name notarized affidavit for T2 General

Post by rexhyd » Mon Jan 21, 2019 9:31 pm

Hello Seniors,
I am on T2 ICT and my wife's new employer is ready to sponsor her T2 General Visa. Her name was printed differently educational certificates.(One name in CBSE & name with different spelling in 12th, Graduation and PG original degrees). The name from CBSE has been used for passport and marriage certificates.
Can we use "one and the same name" notarized affidavit while applying her T2 General visa at VFS in India for Graduation certificate & NARIC letter?
Will this cause any issues or delays for granting the Visa? Is it better to get the name corrected in Graduation Original degree from the University (graduation years 1996-99)?

TIA

Regards,
