FYI: I paid priority service (3-5 days), and while HO replied to me the 5th working day that a decision was made on my case (I used the paid email service on their website), I didn't get any notification from the email I registered for my application. After that, it took the embassy in China 2 other days to produce the vignette on the passport and 2 other days to deliver.

Called UKVI 2 days ago and found out a decision had been reached on 06/08/18, went into VISA application centre and they have not received anything from Sheffield as of yet to prepare and send back my passport. Don't really understand why its taking them several days to send the details back to Australia as most seem to be back with the applicant a few days after decision has been made. After waiting 6 months for a rcos I hope this is all over in the next couple of days.

A few days later, I received email from HO that the payment for my IHS didn't seem to have gone through, despite receiving a payment confirmation e-mail. No issue with the visa application payment. Had to re-submit a duplicate application simply so I could pay again. Did this on 24 July.
