PBS dependant extension

Hi,

I received my British citizenship granted through Tier 2 General 5 year route. I am now submitting my application for my husband till he is eligible for his ILR (another year).

I have used PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner application link and in the form I am asked the following questions:
a) What is my Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) code?
b) Is my work in a shortage occupation List?
c) What is the length of my Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)?
d) Has my sponsor agreed to certify your maintenance on their certificate of sponsorship?

I have the following questions, can you please help?
1) Am I using the correct link?
2) If yes, should I use the visa details corresponding to the visa prior to my receiving my ILR?
3) What should I write for my length of certificate of sponsorship?
4) Is it possible to get the visa only for 1 - 2 years cause after that my husband will be eligible for ILR?
5) How many months in advance can I apply for his visa renewal?

2. Simply put the details of the last tier 2 sponsor as the form asks. You have to provide maintenance, your tier 2 sponsor cannot certify maintenance for your dependent.

3. Length is 3 years as the pbs dependent extension will be granted only for 3 years.you cannot apply for only 1 or 2 years, the immigration rules don't permit it.

4. At any time before visa expiry date.
