Dear Team,

Please accept my sincere thanks in advance for your support.

I was on Tier 2 General Visa and has been granted ILR in August 2020. My wife's depended visa is valid till 23-04-2021. I am about to apply for PBS Dependent Extension (only 1 year & 6 months required to become eligible for ILR). When I click to pay Immigration health surcharge (IHS), it ask for Work Start & End Date. I officially left my Tier 2 sponsor as of 31-12-2020.

Can someone please advise what will be the dates, my actual Tier 2 Visa work start date was 01-05-2015 and end date was 31-12-2020.

I shall appreciate a quick reply. Many thanks
