PBS dependent visa extension query

Hello,need a suggestion regarding my situation.
My husband came to uk on 3rd jul 2016 on t2 gen,brp validity till 3rd jul
2021 and is eligible for ILR in around jun 2021 first week.me and my
daughter originally came on my tier 2 ict in sep 2016 and we moved to my
husbands dependent in nov 2020 and we also got brp valid till 3rd jul
2021.once he applies for ilr in jun first week,
A)when would we be eligible to apply for pbs dependent extension?do we need
to wait till he gets his ilr or we can apply alongwith his
application..even though he may try for superfast service,there is no
guarantee he gets before 3rd jul 2021...pls suggest.
B)another issue which has popped in is that his company now says that his
UK role is only till jun 30 2021 and will ask him to go back to india
effective july 1st 2021 which he wont be able to do in Both situation
whether he received his ilr or not .so how does that affect his ilr
application and even ours ie dependents visa status,pls suggest.pls note that I am also working so i am looking for a suggestion so that my work status is not affected.

Big problem: ILR fails under SW 24.2.

The sponsor must confirm that they still require the applicant to work for them for the foreseeable future, and that the applicant is paid, and will be paid for the foreseeable future, at least the salary in SW 24.3.

My husband recently got ilr and we r extending our pbs dependent visa as we moved as his dependent in 2020.his ilr brp dates are 11 Jun 2021 to 31 Dec 2024.
A)while filling ihs site,in 'your details' section should I give these dates as work start and end dates or should I give start date as 11 Jun and end date as 3 years ie 10 Jun 2024.pls confirm.when I give 31 Dec 2024,ihs cost comes to b 2184 for me and 1645 for my daughter,is that correct?
B)what should b work expiry details for my husband as he already got ilr? As of now I had given 31 Dec 2024.should I use 10 Jun 2024 here also?

C)I had moved forward on ihs site to see the amount is there a way to recalculate the ihs fee on the same application as now it always takes me to payment summary page with the amount?if a change is needed on ihs details based on answers to a and b ques,do I need to fill form again?
