POLICE CAUTION

Post by norty109 » Sun Oct 05, 2014 1:42 pm

I received a simple caution recently under section 27 direction to leave for an argument. I am on Tier 2 visa and need to travel out of UK for 9 days. Upon my return can the immigration stop me from entering back into the UK as it says under 321 iii that a leave to enter may be refused even through entry clearance is still valid under 320 18a.

they keep record of caution,my husband was arrested in domestic violance against me,policy asked me what to do with him, caution or court,i said just caution plz,he released on caution only, after 3 years he was with frnds and some argue with tesco staff, they called policy, they took my husband detail as well, they told my husband we have ur record for domestic violance caution,so short of the story is they keep caution record and eco has power to check any thing against u its just my personal experience but it would be better for senior members to shed light on it

thanks Aiza. Wot was the status of ur husband visa and did he travel out of UK and back within 12 months from the caution? That is my question as 321a 4a states for cancellation of leave to remain at port or whilst out of UK if there is 320 18A matter (Caution).
