police caution

Hi
I got a police caution in 2019 and my tier 2 visa expire in 2020 and I have no chance but to apply for ILR as I have spent 5 years already .
What can I do to avoid the refusal?
what are the steps to avoid refusal ?

You can hold tier 2 for 6 years maximum.
