Priority Service in VFS Chennai?

Hi,

Did anyone recently used the Priority service in VFS Chennai, India? I have booked an appointment for 10-Aug and can see in gov.uk site that I can opt for Priority Service in the VFS centre. However couple of friends who went for biometrics in May and June month were told that Priority Service is not available.
