RCOS Status Changed to USED

Dear

Yesterday I received the email saying "Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer."

Today the RCOS status changed to USED in the Sponsor SMS system, what does this mean?
Anyone has any experience this, please advise
